A proper Piccalilli, salted-sour vegetables, a sweet and tangy sauce with just a gentle kick. Great with pies, cheese and totally fabulous on a sandwich. Even people who dislike Piccalilli love ours.

A great Aubergine Pickle; known in India as Brinjal Pickle. This is a unique sweet pickle made with aubergines and lots of traditional spices. Makes a tasty accompaniment to your favourite sandwich, steak, chicken, cold meats and cheese or to give an everyday meal a delectable Indian bite. FAB with a curry and great with a poppadum.
Sweet, Tomato and Pineapple Relish
Fruity; tangy; with a very subtle heat. The fennel seeds really do take it to another level. A great accompaniment to any food, pies, cheese, as a dip. Wasabi and Mango Mayo
A deep, smooth and creamy mayonnaise with a subtle back-ground heat created from the Wasabi, followed by a gorgeous mango tingle on the palate. Great with steak, chips, chicken, seafood or on a sandwich. Can be also used in cooking as it is heat stable.
