Delivery Information

Due to the weight of sending jars the delivery charge is set at £4.95 flat rate. Orders over the value of £30 qualify for free delivery with the UK.

Express next day delivery is £6.50 for orders before 3pm the day before (Monday to Friday only).

We will endeavour to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt, however please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

Orders are generally dispatched within one working day of their being received, and will generally be received within two working days of dispatch. We do strive to process and ship faster than these standards, but faster dispatch cannot be guaranteed. If your order is urgent, or required for a particular deadline, then we would ask that you call us before placing the order to ensure that the delivery service to your requirements.

Parcels may require a signature for delivery. Our couriers only deliver during working hours so if you cannot be available to accept a parcel, please provide an alternative delivery address or details of where your parcel safely be left at the point of ordering.

For orders being despatched to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands the postage will be from £10.00 depending on your postal code area. Orders being despatched to Northern Ireland will incur a postage charge of £16.00.

International orders carry a specific carriage charge dependant on the country, we would advise international customers to email us sales@stay-tasty.com and we will arrange a postal delivery quote for you and the amount charged will reflect the exact cost for the weight of the parcel.

Delivery times are only approximate time and not guaranteed, as they are outside our control.

The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made through Farraday`s Tasty website.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation may be possible prior to the postage of the order by email sales@stay-tasty.com  Please be sure to quote your order reference to enable us to process the cancellation any qualifying refund speedily.

Missing or Damaged Items

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If there has been any damage to any items whilst in transit then please inform us within 24 hours of receipt and we will rectify the situation. Likewise if there are any excess items in, or items missing from, your order then please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to enable us to rectify the position as quickly as possible. Any claims for shortages, breakages or non delivery must be made by email to sales@stay-tasty.com  within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns Policy:

Due to the nature of our product we do not accept returns only in the case of any damage. If any product reaches you in less than perfect condition, please call us to arrange a replacement and return of the product. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
